Is it BARE in mind or BEAR in mind?
I have just realized that my whole life i’ve been living in total ignorance. For years I have always said (and wrote) bare in mind wich really doesn’t make much sense, BARE meaning NUDE, but bear doesn’t make sense either, BEAR being an ANIMAL, so is it BARE in mind or BEAR in mind?
The correct answer is …drums rolling… BEAR in mind. Bear in the sense of holding (or carrying), not in the sense of GRRRR!

Thanks for sharing! Funny thing is that Microsoft Word's grammar check (green squiggly line) suggests that one changes it to "Bare". Is there a way to update Word? Thanks! -GeePee
